Cowboys roll past Cardinals

Robert Newhouse and Tony Dorsett scored on the ground and Roger Staubach threw two touchdown passes as the Dallas Cowboys beat the St. Louis Cardinals 28-10.

Dallas improves to 4-0 on the season.

Dorsett rolled up 118 yards rushing and Staubach threw for 283 yards as Dallas finished with 445 yards in total offense.

Jim Hart hit Mel Gray on a 28-yard TD pass for the game's first score, but the Dallas defense shutdown the Big Red offense as Gray didn't catch another pass in the game.
